When a person joins give him a distributor application to complete and give him a DP pricelist and a product brochure. (You may remove the product brochure and pricelist from his starter kit when he has done 500 PV and registers at GNLD).

Fine, now I am a trial-distributor, what is the next step?

The first thing to understand is that people are ten times more concerned over their health than over their finances.

Set up an interview with a friend by asking him if he is prepared to look at a concept that is changing the health and finances of thousands of people right now.
Ask your sponsor to do it on your behalf. (You go too).
Select a name for your business (it may not include GNLD or any referral to the company)
Set up a simple bookkeeping system. (later in course).
Learn the products.
Use the products
Compile a namelist of everyone you know.
Start a dream list of everything you would like to achieve. (May be a bucket list)
Offer the opportunity. Not everyone will be interested to look, but many will.
Always know what is your next step: as a trial-distributor it is to do 500 PV as soon as possible so that you can register at GNLD as a manager. You will find that your next month's commission will cover the price of your starter kit.

Guidelines for trial-distributors (before taking a starter kit.)

(Any one may sign up as a GNLD-distributor from the beginning and pay the R550. To sign up a distributor directly, you must be a distributor with a GNLD-ID number.)
It is not recommended for new people as GNLD only start paying commission after you and your team has done 500 PV in one month (when you become a manager). Only then GNLD will pay your 3% commission from 250 PV.
You will also lose the commission (3%) that your sponsor will pay you when you only do 100 PV in your team.

As a trial-distributor you buy your products from your sponsor. Once a month you collect the orders of the trial-distributors in your team, add your own order and give the total order to your sponsor. Your sponsor will then order your products from GNLD.

BOOKKEEPING:

1. Keep a record of your own PV and PV and the amount of your purchases.
2. It is also necessary to keep a record of each trial-distributor's PV and BV and amount of their purchases in your team in order to pay their commissions at the end of the month.
3. Keep all invoices of expenses for your business eg. fuel, telephone, electricity, stationary, cleaning products, insurance, etc.
4. Keep records of commission received and commission paid.

If you have 100 PV in your team for the month, your sponsor will pay you a commission (3%).
If you have trial-distributors under you, (you are their sponsor) then you pay their commission from your commission.
In the month that you do 500 PV in your team, you buy your starter kit and become a manager immediately. Your sponsor will order your starter kit from GNLD and take the pricelist and product brochure that was already supplied to you from the kit. (The kit gives 34 PV and 234 BV).

You receive a GNLD id-number that is directly linked to your sponsor.

From now on you buy your products directly from GNLD and they will deliver your orders per courier at your home.

You start with 500 PV in your first month at GNLD and receive 5% commission.

You still pay the commission of the trial-distributors under you. When a trial-distributor under you does 500 PV in his team he must purchase a starter kit.

If your order is 100 PV or more GNLD will deliver it free of charge, orders under 100 PV is R60.

GNLD will pay your commission directly into your bank account. (complete form).

The commission of all managers and above are paid by GNLD.

Guidelines to distributors (managers)

You buy directly from GNLD.
It is the easiest to pay by credit card. Write your card number, expiry date and security number on your order and sign next to the number. Fax or e-mail your order to GNLD. (011 409-3800) (jhborders@gnld.co.za).
Another option is to make a cash deposit into GNLD's bank account and to fax or e-mail the deposit slip with your order. (Account no: 01099630449 branch 335642). Do not make a cheque deposit because you will then have to wait for your order until the cheque is cleared. You may also make an internet payment. You can also place your order on GNLD's website. (www.gnld.co.za)
When you sign up a new person he must complete the distributor application form.

HOW DO YOU GET STOCK TO A TRIAL-DISTRIBUTOR THAT LIVES FAR AWAY?

Order the stock on your GNLD id number and put his delivery adress on the order. If the PV is more than 100 the delivery is free, else the charge is R60. (Add it to your order). Request GNLD to send the invoice to you. (Write it on the order).

BOOKKEEPING:

1. Keep record of your own PV and BV and the amount of the purchase. The products that you use for yourself are also sales from your business to you and you must pay your business for it.
2. Also keep record of the PV, BV and the amount purchased from you by your team.
It allows you to easily calculate and pay the commissions of your team.
3. Keep the invoices of all the expenses incurred for your business, eg fuel, telephone, electricity, stationary, cleaning products, insurance, etc.
4. Keep records of the commission that you receive (income) and the commissions paid to your team (expense).

How do you start?

Ask a friend if he will look at a concept that is changing the health and wealth situation of thousands worldwide.

Set up an appointment and ask your sponsor to do it on your behalf while you are present.

Use the products yourself. You start replacing products that you normally bought from the supermarket with products from your own business - cleaning products, shampoo and conditioner, car wash soap, shower soap, vitamins and supplements, skincare, etc. and get it at cost less 3%!

Real world example:

You join the business and you and your partner want full protection against tiredness, cancer, stroke and osteo-porosis. You purchase the following health products every month (seen above):

You have a team of 19 people who does the same. Your team PV is 2040 and team BV is 19480. You receive 15% commission which is R2922. You pay your team members 19 X 29.22(3% of 974) = R555. You pay your own products (R1369) and still has R998 left over.

You will find that people are ten times more concerned about their health than their finances.

Simple example of a bookkeeping system.

Purchase journal books to record your sales, purchases, commission received and expenses. At the end of the financial year transfer your totals to the following accounts.

Structuring your business.

You can structure your business by either building width or building depth.

When you sign up more trial-distributors on your first level, you are building width.

When enter trial-distributors under each other, you are building depth.

Building width increases your personal PV and is used to ensure that you have enough personal PV to always qualify in your status.

Every trial-distributor that you sign up in width is a new leg in your team that can develop.

Depth gives more stability in your team as it locks in the distributors above them and keeps them in the business.

As you get more distributors in your team your PV will gradually increase until you have 4000 PV or more. At this stage you will qualify as director. It is important never to stop building width in order to always have enough developing legs to ensure that you have abundant PV.

There is one requirement during the development of your team - be aware of it!

After you became a director you will find that one of your legs will approach 4000 PV. At this stage you must ensure that the rest of your non-director legs have enough PV so that when the leg does 4000 PV you still have at least 4000 PV in the rest of the team to stay qualified as director yourself. This is because the PV of directors under you do not count towards qualification as director for yourself. Thus to get 5% commission out of a director leg you must qualify as a director yourself. To overcome this problem always build enough width to generate non-director PV for you.
